Are you a team player with confidence to work alone, experienced in sales preferably in new homes, self-motivated and enthusiastic? You will recognise that purchasing a home is often the biggest single outlay most people will ever make and you will have the confidence to build a rapport with potential buyers that continues throughout the entire buying process.

You must be an excellent communicator with a real understanding of customer needs, be able to demonstrate your person to person sales experience. You must have computer skills and be able to manage both standard programs and possess the ability to quickly learn our in-house database system.

A professional and friendly approach is essential and you will be required to work 5 days a week including weekends and bank holidays. This role is often pressurised with targets to be met and standards to be maintained.
