I started out working for Bloor Homes on a temporary basis and then became permanent. I have worked on reception, in sales and now customer care where I have progressed to Customer Relations Manager. I feel that I have touched upon lots of business elements along the way. 

In my role now as Customer Relations Manager I feel I am achieving more and getting a lot out of the role. You feel valued when customers are satisfied and you get praised for your part in that.
