Marketing Administrator

based at our Regional Office in Northampton

Due to continue expansion of our Regional Office, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Administrator, to support the regions marketing and promotional activities.

Bloor Homes are one of the largest privately owned house builders in the UK.

Based at our office at Swan Valley, Northampton and reporting to the Sales Director, your key tasks will be as follows:

* To manage all promotional material through liaison between internal and external parties. This includes signage, marketing leaflets and brochures.
* To take full responsibility for maintaining and updating the regions website
* To coordinate promotional activities including press advertising, press releases, E-Mail campaigns, etc.

To be considered for this position, you must have the relevant experience, preferably gained within the house building sector. Furthermore, as the role often requires you to work on your own initiative with minimal supervision, you must be well-organised, self - motivated, with the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels. Marketing Administrator

based at our Regional Office in Tamworth.

We are looking to recruit either a part or full time Marketing Administrator who has previous marketing / website communications experience to join our team. The closing date for this vacancy is friday the 28th of June.

Bloor Homes are one of the largest privately owned house builders in the UK.

The key duties of the role will be as follows,

* To maximise/optimise and upload new sites and update existing site on all property portals, including Bloor Homes and Rightmove. 100% accuracy at all times.  

* Arrange virtual tours and photography on new and existing sites as required.

* Proactively liaise with site based Sales Team, Sales Manager and Sales Director to ensure the Bloor brand is correctly promoted at all times.

* Liaise with signage contractor and order signage as required.

* Attend monthly Sales Meetings and monthly Rightmove meetings.

* Pre-releases to be written for sites.

* Check adverts/emailers/press releases for factual content prior to Sales Director sign off.

* Liaise with Media Booking Agency and Creative Agency/Graphics Department to ensure deadlines are met for marketing collateral.

* Point of liaison between sites and PR Company to arrange interviews with purchasers and photography for the purpose of customer testimonials.

* Responsible for weekly emailers/mailers/SMS text messaging for all sites to Contact Builder Database to advertise Incentives, Home of the Week, Site/Showhouses opening, promotional weekends etc.

* Answer calls from 0845 general sales telephone number and refer to relevant sites.

* First point of contact of Graphics Department for queries during production of marketing collateral, including advertisements and brochures.

* Manage stock levels of all marketing leaflets and brochures. Order and approve marketing material required for new and existing sites.

* Provide cover for the Sales Administrator during periods of absence, including sickness, holidays and busy periods.

* Update of weekly price lists to be entered onto Wildfire and Websites.

* Track promotional activity for competitors, along with new products and mortgages.

* Assisting with any other duties as directed, or as and when required.

Based at our offices near Bury St Edmunds, the ideal candidate will possess a surveying/building related qualification (Degree, HND or HNC) and have at least 2 years experience in a construction related role. You will undertake a wide range of surveying-related tasks, including measurement, costing, valuations, and negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
