All the houses had off road parking and good size gardens. We are both gardening lovers so a good size garden was essential.

As we were looking to move as quickly as possible, we took part in the Bloor Homes Part-Exchange scheme.

The location is great for both of us. Stuart works locally in Wednesdbury, but I do have to travel for my job and there are good links to the M6 and the Black Country New Road from here. We are also close to supermarkets and shopping centres.

When we began looking for a new home, we never envisaged we would ever own a home like this. We have loved our time here so far and we know there are many more years to come!"
